A List of SAG-AFTRA Approved Managers

Most anyone can call themself a manager without any form of licensing necessary. That said, SAG-AFTRA has put together a list of managers who have agreed to submit to the SAG-AFTRA Code of Ethics and Conduct. This list will help you to focus in on a list union approved managers.

Talent Manager Organizations
There may be managers out there, in addition to the SAG-AFTRA approved mangers, who might be considered legitimate even though they have not signed SAG-AFTRA Code of Ethics and Conduct. For that reason, we have listed below two professional talent manager’s organizations, National Conference of Personal Managers (NCOPM) and Talent Managers Association (TMA). To be a part of those organizations, mangers agree to adhere to a certain list of rules, and could be worthy of consideration as a result. As with agents, it’s always wise to use caution when considering a manager and consult with an attorney before you sign any contract.
